Julian N. Onorato, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Onorato has 25 years of experience within the financial services industry, including more than a decade in retirement plan services. He joins ExpertPlan from Automatic Data Processing, where, as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technical Services, he oversaw the delivery of products and services across five nationwide service centers. Mr. Onorato is internationally-known as a speaker on disaster recovery and contingency planning, and has addressed these topics before the United Nations, Interpol and other prominent organizations. Mr. Onorato earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Drexel University and has completed an executive program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania focused on reengineering the client service process. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Engineering Management Society, the SPARK and ASPPA.
Sid Garai, Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Garai has over 33 years of experience in the financial services industry including 12 years in retirement services. He joins ExpertPlan from Automatic Data Processing where he most recently served as the VP/Controller of the Eastern National Service Center of the National Accounts Division. During a 26 year span, Mr. Garai served in several senior management positions including DVP/GM of ADP's Retirement Services Small Market segment. Mr. Garai played an integral role in establishing ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. and served as its first Financial and Operations Principal as well as President for 9 years. Mr. Garai received a BA from Brooklyn College and an MBA from St. John's Graduate School of Business. He holds NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 27 licenses.
Ross K. Brown, Senior Vice President of Sales & Relationship Management
Mr. Brown has been with ExpertPlan for over 7 years and is responsible for driving retirement plan sales and overseeing relationship management through the company's 150 strategic partnerships. He is credited with building the firms in-house retirement plans sales desk in addition to developing many of ExpertPlan's business development products. Today his duties also extend to managing the firm's marketing and corporate communications efforts. Prior to ExpertPlan he held operational positions at both Merrill Lynch and CitiStreet (formerly Copeland Companies). Ross is an active member of ASPPA (American Society of Pension Professional's & Actuaries), SPARK (Society of Professional Asset Managers & Recordkeepers) and NIPA (National Institute of Pension Administrators). Mr. Brown received his B.A. in Communications from Rutgers University.
Donny S. Sheinwald, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Mr. Sheinwald has over 15 years experience in the retirement plan services industry. He joins ExpertPlan from USI Retirement Services, Inc., where, as Vice President of Operations, he served as general manager of the entire department responsible for full service recordkeeping and administration of mid to large market retirement plans. Prior to USI, he worked at Automatic Data Processing as an operations manager, Bankers Trust Company and Ernst & Young as a defined contribution consultant. Mr. Sheinwald earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Hofstra University.
Joseph P. Cucchiaro, Senior Vice President of Administrative Operations
Mr. Cucchiaro has been with ExpertPlan since July 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry including over 15 years in retirement plan service. Prior to joining ExpertPlan he was Vice President of Financial Transactions Processing at The Copeland Companies where he was accountable for several departments with over 110 employees responsible for image capture, participant enrollment/changes, participant transfers, employer payrolls for contributions, retirement benefits and distributions, and the development of the systems and operations leading to the administration of coverage for payroll deducted individual life insurance. He has demonstrated the ability to deliver superior customer service and quality results in high volume and deadline oriented environments. Prior to Copeland, he worked at Home Life Ins. Co. and Mutual Benefit Life Ins. Co. in their individual life insurance administration divisions. Mr. Cucchiaro received a BA from Rutgers University.
